iReuse is contributing vintage modern furnishings to the Eye-On Eichlers Home Tour hosted by Hospice of Marin in San Rafael this Saturday, September 16^th at 11:00 a.m. Registration, displays and maps will be available on the day of the event at Terra Linda Community Center. The iReuse contributions can be seen at the 730 Las Colindas home.

Joseph Eichler was the only merchant builder in America who built modernist style homes on a large scale, designed by skilled architects and using quality materials. His contemporary houses have not been equaled since, and 50 years on they still look modern. Below is an original photo of an Eichler built home.
